Refund/return/cancellation policy

Seafood platters sold online are guaranteed to be fresh when they are picked up. If you are not happy with the quality of your platter(s), simply contact us within 24 hours to return product for a full store credit. To request a refund please call your local pick up store at (310) 393-5244 for Santa Monica or (949)574-0274 for Costa Mesa with your online purchase order number. Seafood platters cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of pick up date and time. No refunds on gift cards.
